This tool does not replace an advocate or solicitor when you need one. It makes sure the organisational work they would bill hours for is already done, and that you never lose a winnable case to a missed date.

Common questions

Why a one-off price and not a subscription?

Because the need is temporary. Most families are in the thick of the EHCP process for 6 to 18 months. You pay once and your case file works until your case is done, plus 12 months of annual review support after the final plan.

What does founding access actually include?

One child’s full case file: every statutory deadline tracked with the law cited, reminder emails before each deadline, letters matched to your exact stage with your dates filled in, the draft plan wording check, and a contact log that builds your tribunal chronology.

Why is it cheaper now?

The tool launches fully in September. Founding members get in at 69 pounds instead of 99, and their feedback shapes the tool. The founding group is capped at 50 places.

What if it does not help me?

Full refund within 30 days, no questions. Email hello@ehcpassist.co.uk and it is done.

Is the deadline checker still free?

Yes, always. The checker, the guides and the letter templates stay free. The paid case file is for running your whole case in one place.
