Common questions

What does Case Manager include?

Every statutory deadline tracked with the law cited, reminder emails before each deadline, letters matched to your exact stage with your dates filled in, the draft plan wording check, and a contact log that builds your tribunal chronology.

Does it cover more than one child?

Yes. One subscription covers up to four children. Email hello@ehcpassist.co.uk if you need more than four and we will sort it.

What if it does not help me?

Cancel from your account at any time and the next payment does not happen. You keep read-only access to your case forever. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, email hello@ehcpassist.co.uk and we refund it.

What if a payment fails?

Stripe retries the card over the following days and you keep full access while it does. If it cannot take the payment in the end, your case turns read only.

Is the deadline checker still free?

Yes, always. The checker, the guides and the letter templates stay free. Case Manager is the paid layer, for running your whole case in one place.
